Are there times when Priming is NOT Recommended to paint exterior stucco. Or is priming always recommended. We are considering using elastomeric.

Having the outside of your home repainted can be a large undertaking. The task of finding someone reliable and professional to hire for the job can be a chore in itself. Once you do hire someone however, it is important to make sure that both you and they understand the terms of the project so that you are both on the same page from the beginning.
